I'm an Associate in the Global Health Policy & Politics Initiative at the O'Neill Institute for National and Global Health Law at Georgetown University.
I hold a PhD in Political Science from George Washington University (fields: international relations, political theory). I also earned an MSc in Global Governance & Diplomacy from Oxford University, where I was a Clarendon Scholar, an MPH from the Rollins School of Public Health, Emory University (fields: global health, epidemiology), and my BA from the University of Pennsylvania.
